We believe Jesus is the hope of the world and that His plan is to reach people through the local church! We dream of seeing Chicagoland encounter Hope in Jesus and we want you to be a part of that. Every person who serves at Hope Culture Church is part of seeing that dream becoming a reality, so that’s why they’re called the DREAM TEAM.
The Dream Team is made up of many different Crews. Each Crew has a unique purpose. You can learn more and sign up below.
Host Crew
The Host Crew exists to create a comfortable environment so people can be open to encountering God. There are opportunities be a greeter, help with hospitality, host new guests, direct traffic in the parking lot, and more!
Kids Crew
We are raising up the next Spirit-filled generation! We have nursery, preschool, and elementary classes. The Kids Crew is always looking for friendly small group leaders, check-in helpers, hosts, and teachers!
Load in/Load out Crew
The Load in and Load out Crew is the amazing group of people who help get everything set up each week! They unload and load the trailer and bring all the equipment to the designated spaces.
Worship Crew
The Worship Crew leads dynamic worship on Sunday mornings in order to lead others to worship.
Production Crew
This behind the scenes team helps with lights, cameras, sound, and slides.
Prayer Crew
The Prayer Crew consists of many different people who pray in different ways. Some members of this crew help with prayer after service and some intercede for the church on their own.
Safety Crew
The Safety Crew maintains a safe environment so that people can find hope and encounter God.
Sign crew
The Sign Crew places signs and flags outside and inside of our venue so that people can easily find our services.
Capture Crew
The Capture Crew tells stories of what God is doing through capturing photos and videos.
